VoltRide sells electric scooters, including models with adjustable seats and handlebars.

We aim to describe our products accurately. Product specifications, colours and availability are subject to reasonable variations and supplier updates.

3. Prices and Payments

All product prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP).

Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable by customers, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and Availability

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We will confirm acceptance when we issue an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, as applicable.

Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable item.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible mainland UK addresses only.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or UK islands where our fulfilment partner does not provide service.

Standard delivery is free for eligible addresses.

Orders are generally dispatched within one business day. Delivery normally takes an additional two to three business days, giving an estimated total of three to four business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We will notify customers of material delays and respect their statutory delivery rights.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Eligible UK consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Electric scooters must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Privately owned electric scooters are not permitted for use on UK public roads, pavements or cycle lanes under current UK rules.

Products sold by VoltRide are intended for use on private land with the landowner's permission.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Riders should wear suitable protective equipment, including a helmet.

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, age recommendations and applicable weight limits.

8. Warranty and Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Any manufacturer's or supplier's commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

9. Website Content

All website text, graphics, branding and other content owned by VoltRide may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Product images and trademarks belonging to manufacturers or suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses arising solely from unlawful or improper use of products, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Payment processing, order fulfilment and delivery may involve sharing necessary information with payment providers, suppliers and couriers.
